Contact details you submit voluntarily — such as your email address, name or handle and any notes you add to a waitlist or early access form — plus order information processed by our external checkout provider, and standard technical data such as browser type and pages viewed.

To deliver purchased products, provide support, verify broker-based access eligibility, and contact people who requested Battlefield early access. We do not sell personal data.

Card and payment details are handled entirely by the hosted checkout provider. MyFXHero does not store card numbers.

Partner brokers may receive referral information when you follow an affiliate link, in line with their own privacy policies. Checkout and email tooling process data on our behalf.

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@myfxhero.com.

The site uses only what is required to operate correctly, including a local preference for light or dark appearance stored in your browser.
